Old-fashioned Ice Cream Experience
Experience the charm of making traditional Majorcan almond ice cream in the old-fashioned, rustic style we call ‘bomb ice cream. This summer experience, eagerly awaited by children, involves whipping cream by hand using Grandpa Tomeu’s vintage machine. While the ice cream churns, we’ll bake a sweet sponge cake for dipping. We’ll share coffee, liquor, and stories about my grandfather, all while enjoying the local almond ice cream.
