A walk on mediterranean life
In this experience, we will visit the Olivar market, the best way to immerse yourself in local life.
In the several stops in the market, you will meet the vendors, taste their products and they will explain their origin and how they are made.
We will choose all the products we need for our cooking, and then, we will meet in Soqueta to prepare recipes that are typical of the islands and from my family. We will make a starter, a main course and finally, a dessert. You will become aware of the pleasure of cooking unhurriedly, with your own hands, in an atmosphere that is homely, simple and typical of the island.

Old-fashioned ice cream experience
A trip to childhood memories
We are going to experience how to make typical Majorcan almond ice cream in the oldest and most rustic style: we call it bomb ice cream.
The summer experience most awaited by all children: we will whip the cream by hand with the old machine of Grandpa Tomeu.While the ice cream is spinning, we will prepare a sweet sponge cake for dipping. We will share, coffee, liquor, anecdotes of my grandfather, and local almond ice cream.

Seasonal traditional culinary experiences
Mallorcan gastronomy is very rich therefore offers us recipes all year round depending on the traditional calendar.
- The “panades” and “cocarrois” at Easter
- the “torró”, the Mallorcan nougat at Christmas,
- “Espinagades” at Sant Antoni.
In each cooking Workshop, we will live traditional and typical experiences of the season.
